Equity Real Estate College offers FREE training, coaching and continuing education for all of our agents. If you are a newly-licensed associate, our training programs will give you a “jump start” in your real estate career as well as an orientation to our policies and procedures. If you are a transferring sales associate we ask that you also attend Equity College. We believe the learning process never ends. Our college is designed to bring you a step ahead in this rapidly changing industry.

Pre-Licensing Real Estate Education
Entry into the real estate profession takes preparation. As with other professions, licensing is required.

Continuing Education State Requirements for Your Real Estate Career
Once you have your real estate license, there are on-going continuing education requirements (also called Mandatory Continuing Education or “MCE”). There are many real estate education classes to choose from – some online, others in the classroom.

Equity Real Estate College
