Our Brokers-in-Charge/Office Managers spend time with both new and experienced agents to assist in business development.  If you are a new agent, your manager will work with you one-on-one and in small group sessions each week to make sure you gain a sound working knowledge of the business.  This will enable you to provide the highest quality services to your buyer and seller clients.Many of the managers also work closely with experienced agents and facilitate such activities as “brainstorming” sessions and sharing “best practices” in small group sessions that result in a win/win for all agents.Our managers are full-time and non-competing, and they have enjoyed a successful career in real estate themselves.  They know how to build a business and will provide solid guidance.  They are there when you need them!  This in-office support will help to maintain the momentum of the EQ Success Series Training Program with emphasis on:

  • On-going support to build your career
