November 21, 2009 from 2pm - 9 pm parking will be allowed on the street with the following rules. Only parking on the outer circle of the loop. Parking will not be allowed on the side of the stree with buildings 3, 7 and 9 No parking on the grass, in front of dumpsters. No blocking of driveways. Access by emergency vehicles must not be block If any of these restrictions are violated your vehicle may be towed during this time.
