IMPORTANT INSURANCE INFORMATION
It is highly recommend for all owners to carry individual insurance for their units as the associations insurance will cover from the studs out, it will not cover the interior of your unit.  In addition with the current deductible @$5,000 per occurrence, assessable, exclusive of items that may not be overed undert the associations insurance, it is recommended owners maintain individual insuance that will also cover any deductible assessed back.  Ask your Insurance Agency for a 'HOB-CON', HO-CON' or rider to your current homeowners policy.  If you rent your unit out ask about an edorsement policy.  Recommend a liability policy if you have renters.
You may also contact Stan Jones @ Dexter & Company (see above) if you have any questions.

BULKY TRASH
If you have bulky trash please do not put it in or near the dumpster, there is a designated location. Bulky trash can prevent the dumpsters from being emptied.  Bulky trash consisists of, but not limited to such items as mattress, furniture, TV's, debri from remodeling, etc.

View Bulky Trash Pick-up Location - Thursdays - May place items at this location up to 2 days prior to pick-up.
