04/18/08: Homeowners dues are increasing to $100.00 effective June 1, 2008. The main reason for this increase is to have the funds to establish a reserve account for the association. The Board of Directors has set the date of Friday, May 9, 2008 @ 5:30 pm for this year's annual meeting. The meeting will be held at the offices of Equity Real Estate - 201 Wellborn Rd. in College Station. The purpose of this meeting is to elect board members along with discussing the affairs of the association.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please make sure you complete the proxy and return it to Equity Real Estate. A quorum is necessary to conduct any business at this meeting. **The proxy will be sent out in a mailing closer to the meeting date.
