Gate Access Data Base

5/29/09 - Gate update

1)For those owners who supplied me with their gate information If you were having problems with your gate cards please try them now, they should work - Please this only applies to the Owners that have supplied me with the card #'s. If your card still does not work please call our office and leave a message for Debby with your Name, unit #, card # & phone #. You may also email me @ hoa@equitybcs.com Any information that was received in the past week has not been entered as we were waiting for the issue with the card reader to be resolved. As of late this afternoon the problem has been resolved. All additonal information I have received will be added to the database at the beginning of next week.

2) For any unit & the residents that we have not received the gate information on, we need your information before your residents & cards can be added to the system. Please read below.

5/19/09 - The new database for the gate was uploaded today. Many of you are not in the system, which includes the directory, cards, remotes & codes. Owners only, please click on Gate Access Data Base to print out the Gate access information form and submit to Equity as directed on the form, please do not call with your information. If you have any questions please contact Debby or Kay @ (979) 696-4464.

5/13/09 - Gate database change over is scheduled for Tuesday May 19th.
4/29/09 - The change over of the database for Waterwood Gate access has been delayed to after exams. Please if you have not filled out the Gate Infromation Form that was mailed to all owners in March please click on above to print out the form and either email to hoa@equitybcs.com or fax to 979-696-0234. Once the database has been uploaded only those residents whose information has been provided with the March Gate Information sheet will have access!
