Effective immediately, we ask all Home Owners'
Association (HOA) dues be sent to Equity Real Estate.
Effective January
1, 2010, Equity Real Estate will handle maintenance issues on
behalf of Village on the Creek.
We are in the process of reviewing the Association's
documents to better familiarize ourselves with the workings of Village on the
