How do I know if I'm eligible to become a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Texas?
To be eligible to apply for a real estate Salesperson License, an individual must be:

  • A citizen of the United States or a lawfully admitted alien
  • Eighteen (18) years of age or older
  • A legal resident of Texas
