Maintenance is taken very seriously at EQ.  Improving productivity in maintenance management is becoming an important challenge to managers.  Although this might be considered a routine goal, changing financial conditions and demands to restrain expenditures are forcing managers to examine maintenance management even more closely for opportunities to increase profits. 

The property management system that we currently use has a fully integrated maintenance management program.  This computerized maintenance program allows us to schedule maintenance, record maintenance completion, create payables for the maintenance vendors, print work orders, and it can also track maintenance per unit.  We also use maintenance functions to pass through the expenses to the responsible person.

  • EQ has complete confidence in maintaining good maintenance records.  We use a property management computerized system, which maintains a history of all maintenance scheduled and completed, and it also tracks property and unit maintenance.
