01/10/08: To all homeowners! Please make sure your complex name and complete unit number are on your checks even if you are sending in a payment coupon as these may get separated from the checks. We have several owners who do not put the proper information on the check. For Oakwood it should be: OW BLDG#_____ UNIT#_____ (i.e. OW 4505 #1). Late fees may be assessed for incomplete information. 01/09/08: Insurance information added to "Documents".
