These rules and regulations are made to improve and maintain a safe, clean, and orderly neighborhood for all residents.

ALL owners must fill out and return this to the Equity Real Estate Office either in person, by fax or by mail. If someone else other than yourself (the owner) lives in the unit, fill out the Resident Information Sheet and return it to the Equity Real Estate office.

Check Identification, Insurance, HOA Dues, Dog Owner Information, Owner Maintenance Responsibilities, Gate Policies, Sign Policies, and information regarding alteration of the exterior of the building and grounds.
Dues are $100.00 per year, due on the 1st of the year.
