03/25/08: Fox Run Homeowners! On April 2nd, there will be a structural re-inspection of Buildings 14 and 15.

Homeowners should print out, fill-in, and submit (as soon as possible) the information sheet.

The FRCOA Board has scheduled Gessner Engineering, to perform a re-inspection of your building. Representatives from Gessner Engineering will be inspecting the exterior & interior of your building on April 2. As part of the inspection, access to your unit is required on that day. This activity is an inspection only, no changes will be made to the interior of any units or to the exterior of any building. We are asking for your cooperation in informing the residents of your units that this inspection is forthcoming.

>> Reminder! BOARD MEETINGS are scheduled for the 3rd Saturday of every month unless otherwise notified. As always, if you plan to attend the meeting, please call the Equity office at (979) 696-4464 to verify date, time and location:

  • June 21 -- Any owners who plan on attending please come at 11:00

02/01/08: You can now fill out and update Owner & Resident Information sheets online.

>> Gate code and gate opener request and removal form is now online, as well. You must still send in a check via mail, drop one off at the Equity Real Estate office, or have it charged to your dues account.

-- JANUARY --

01/25/08: You can now report maintenance issues and alleged violations online.

01/15/08: New Fox Run Board as voted in on the annual meeting that took place on September 1, 2007:

  • President: Steve Wallin
  • Vice President: Jesse Vasquez
  • Treasurer: Martin Reza
  • Secretary: Tom Scullion
  • Assistant Secretary: Fred Klein

01/10/08: REMINDER. There was a dues increase as of January 1, 2008. Dues are now $180.00/month.

To all homeowners! Please make sure your complex name and complete unit number are on your checks even if you are sending in a payment coupon as these may get separated from the checks. We have several owners who do not put the proper information on the check. For Fox Run it should be: FR#_____ (3-4#'s). Late fees may be assessed for incomplete information.

01/09/08: The HOA Board Meeting scheduled for January 19, 2008 has been moved to January 12, 2008 at the offices of Equity Real Estate Services at 201 Wellborn Rd. in College Station and will be called to order promptly at 10:00 a.m.
